Philosophy
Every plate tells the story of the season
We buy only from local farmers and fishermen. The menu changes every two weeks, led by whatever has just ripened and whatever came in with the morning catch.
An open fire, beef dry-aged for 28 days, and a wine list our sommelier has gathered from small estates across Europe and Israel.
