Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form yourself: your name, phone number, email and message.

On top of that, the site automatically collects technical visit data — through cookies and analytics services. This data is anonymised: we can see that someone visited a page, but not who.

Why we need it

One reason: to get back to you and talk about your project. A form submission goes to our internal channel (a Telegram notification), and we reply. That's it.

Anonymised analytics helps us see which pages work and which don't — so the site keeps getting better.

WhatsApp chats and our AI assistant

If you message us on WhatsApp, our AI assistant may reply first. It runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta).

What it sees: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the text of your messages and — if you came from an ad — which ad you clicked.

• to answer your question, give a price estimate and book a call, the chat text is processed by the AI service OpenAI. Under OpenAI's terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models;
• the conversation is stored on our server so the assistant remembers what you agreed on;
• if you leave a request, a short summary is forwarded to Evgeny via our internal channel (Telegram);
• we may tell Meta whether a chat that started from an ad turned into a lead or an order — so ads are shown to people who actually find them useful. The text of your messages is not sent to Meta for this.

You can type “talk to a human” at any time — and Evgeny will take over personally.

Bots we build for our clients

We set up AI bots for WhatsApp and Telegram for other businesses. In that case the business is responsible for its customers' data, and we process it only on the business's behalf and only to run the bot: reply, book, pass on a request. We don't use this data for our own purposes and don't share it with anyone except the services the bot can't work without (Meta / WhatsApp, OpenAI, hosting).

Cookies and analytics

The site runs third-party analytics and advertising services:

• Google Analytics 4 — visit statistics;
• Yandex Metrica (including Webvisor) — statistics and session recordings;
• Microsoft Clarity — click maps and on-page behaviour;
• Meta Pixel — advertising and retargeting.

Each service receives anonymised visit data and processes it under its own privacy policy. Your name, phone and email from the contact form never go to these services.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site will keep working.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes. The only exceptions are the services everything depends on: the analytics services listed above (anonymised visit statistics) and, for WhatsApp chats, Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) and OpenAI (the AI assistant's replies).

How long we keep it

We keep your form data and WhatsApp conversation for as long as we're in touch with you, and no longer than 12 months after your last message. Say “delete my data” — and we'll delete it sooner.

How to delete your data

Either way works:

• type “delete my data” in the WhatsApp chat you had with us;
• or email info@gorshtein.digital with the phone number you wrote from.

We'll delete the conversation, your request and all related records within 7 days and confirm by reply. You can delete the message history in your own WhatsApp app yourself.

Your rights

At any time, you can:

• ask what data we hold about you
• ask us to correct it
• ask us to delete it
• opt out of cookies in your browser settings

For visitors from the EU, we follow the principles of the GDPR; for visitors from Israel, the principles of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law.
