We're gorshtein.digital — a digital agency building websites, online stores, ad campaigns and bots. This page explains what data we collect on this site, why, and what you can do about it. No legal fog — just what actually happens.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form yourself: your name, phone number, email and message.
On top of that, the site automatically collects technical visit data — through cookies and analytics services. This data is anonymised: we can see that someone visited a page, but not who.
Why we need it
One reason: to get back to you and talk about your project. A form submission goes to our internal channel (a Telegram notification), and we reply. That's it.
Anonymised analytics helps us see which pages work and which don't — so the site keeps getting better.
Cookies and analytics
The site runs third-party analytics and advertising services:
- Google Analytics 4 — visit statistics;
- Yandex Metrica (including Webvisor) — statistics and session recordings;
- Microsoft Clarity — click maps and on-page behaviour;
- Meta Pixel — advertising and retargeting.
Each service receives anonymised visit data and processes it under its own privacy policy. Your name, phone and email from the contact form never go to these services.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site will keep working.
Who we share data with
No one. We don't sell your data or pass it to third parties. The only exception is the analytics services listed above — and they only receive anonymised visit statistics.
How long we keep it
We keep your form data for as long as we're in touch with you. Say “delete my data” — and we will.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- ask what data we hold about you
- ask us to correct it
- ask us to delete it
- opt out of cookies in your browser settings
For visitors from the EU, we follow the principles of the GDPR; for visitors from Israel, the principles of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law.
